Run Carefully, Watch Carefully.

8 July, 2009 por Alexandra Browning

8 a.m. this morning was the second encierro of this year’s San Fermin, with reports (in Spanish) of a two minute, forty second run. Today was also the first wounded during the running this week, with one man hurt by a horn in the rear. With most of the crowd having gathered hours before the encierro, the second day remained just as thrilling as the first.

    Hi Alexandra!

Great blog! I was at Sanfermines this year and ran the encierro on the first three days, twice on Santo Domingo and at the Estafeta corner on the third.

It looks like you were perfectly positioned on days 1 and 2 to catch me in some of your photos along Santo Domingo – me and my friends were all wearing red berets. Any chance I could have a look at other photos you took those mornings? I’d love to get ahold of some photos of myself with bulls in hot pursuit.

Please feel free to email me!

    Many thanks, Paul.
